$INSY Starting to feel as if I am on a small boat

$INSY Starting to feel as if I am on a small boat in the middle of the ocean that has 10' swells! The constant up and down of the share price has become just a tad annoying. Fully understandable BUT annoying.
Investors APPEAR to be interested in INSY shares BUT there does not appear to be a solid commitment by the majority to weather the storm (BAD Press/past Executive Management). Yeah, there will probably be a very considerable COST to the past failures but there is also a VERY bright future.
The current Executive Management has not shied away from the past nor has it failed to acknowledge the current EXTENSIVE litigation. In my opinion, Executive Management is doing EVERYTHING RIGHT to reestablish the integrity of the company. The PRODUCTS did NOT fail. The R&D did NOT fail. The company suffered an alleged failure of a KEY individual and several subordinates. The current Executive Management has acknowledged the alleged failures of the individuals and is now working to keep the company productive AND profitable. Herein rests the issue:
Does a Company remain tainted (anathema) forever based upon a certain period of time?
I remain on the POSITIVE side for Insys Therapeutics. If KEY personnel take responsibility for actions AND take corrective actions to right the wrongs, they are leaders. There are NOW leaders at Insys Therapeutics.
My opinion? Of course!
I have a vested interest THAT I COULD HAVE SOLD FOR A NICE PROFIT. I did NOT because I believe the future rewards will be even greater. I have that much faith in the integrity of the new CEO, et al.
