Unibail-Rodamco announces the approval by the AMF and the AFM of a Supplement to the Prospectus concerning the Westfield Transaction
The French Financial Markets Authority ( Autorité des Marchés Financiers ) ("AMF") and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets ( Autoriteit Financiële Markten ) ("AFM") today approved a Supplement to the Prospectus for the admission to trading on the regulated markets of Euronext Paris and Euronext Amsterdam of stapled shares, approved on March 28, 2018. The AMF granted visa n° 18-172 to the Prospectus Supplement.
