One good reason is because there is no reason to move it up till gross receipts move up and the flippers can't wait so they bail out and look for greener pastures to flip. The long term investors take advantage of the drop and buy more shares. When all of the goodies in the works come to pass and the stock drives north that when the investors start to cash in and make a bundle.
