If you remember about 2 months ago there was a really pathetic pump and dump manipulation by some group (I don't know who) but you saw a ton of traffic at .0001, lots of pumping on iHub and then it fizzled. there were a few small purchases at .0002 and if even closed there one day thanks to a paint job.
When that group gave up, they dumped all the .0001s they had bought back into the bid at .0001 (I recall that bid being over 200 million), and ended up with around 400 million on the ask. IMO those shares are all owned by the group that tried to PnD the stock and it didn't work. Their GTC orders cancelled and they haven't put them back up yet, because there is no volume. If volume picked up they would probably try to exit again, unless it looked like they could run another PnD on the momentum of the new volume.
While I agree with you that the company is making progress right now, I don't think the market will reflect that progress at all until there is revenue or an infusion of outside capital.
