Rory acquired 407K shares at $1.43 on 3/28. He has a lot invested in this, and shows he thought it was a good investment at $1.43. He has a lot of his own money in this, which is unusual for a CEO to do other than acquiring shares through options granted to him. His interests are certainly well aligned with shareholders.
