You all remember Berman was CEO for Protext Mobility where he PR'd the same auto dealership press releases for a distracted driving app he was trying to sell at the time, Drive Alert. Told everybody how he was selling units by the boatload.
By the time he left two years later, financials showed that there was zero actual revenue from Drive Alert. He hadn't actually sold a thing. He claimed that Drive Alert shafted him and he would be suing them.
It should not be a surprise to anyone that he never sued Drive Alert. Seems like people are buying his stories all over again.
Will the result be the same?
