The question is______ does management really want to try anymore or have they given up. In addition a meeting without Tony is just a waste of time. If all they needed was some cash I'm sure one of the wealthy heavily invested investors would have jumped in. At this point I feel that there is far more to the problem than just $100,000 or so in cash to pay for the audit.
