I just logged on to my Schwab account and they have BLTA currently listed as Grey Market. Maybe the current management and board are going to let Blta die and proceed to begin USGlobal Airways without the baggage of the legacy Blta shareholders? The older I get the more nothing surprises me especially when it comes to morality, right and wrong, and greed.
