My 2 cents--I believe that the chances of a turn around are very small, but do exist. I was recently involved in another stock that was in a similar situation, down to the short strokes and behind in financial reporting. Instead of filing the financials on the last day possible they declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy. All of the officers and board members went under ground and literally left the state. The likelihood is that they will not pull this off, IMO, but they all have millions of shares and stand to make very significant money IF they can. I recently received a PM from a current poster that included the following information, I cannot guarantee it's accuracy. Collectively Barry Clare, Russell Thal, and Frank Acquavella have in the past owned in excess of $1B shares. Those three are currently listed as owning zero with no buys or sells listed. What happened to those shares? If you add in Igor's shares you are talking about close to $2 billion shares or approximately 20% of all outstanding shares. Where is Connie Kalitta when we really need him?
