That is really key, that Rory is a large shareholder. I've seen other OTC stocks where management does not own any shares, or just has options at some price higher than the current SP. They argue that having those options is incentive enough for them, and they don't need anymore skin in the game. It certainly is a lot better when the CEO already is highly invested in the stock, than if he just has some incentive to get the SP higher than whatever his options are. It is rare in an OTC stock that I've seen a CEO who has personally invested so much in the stock, and that is a very good thing. He comes across as very enthusiastic and transparent, and far different than most other CEO's of OTC stocks I've known of.
