You got your opinion and I have mine, you feel one way on this I feel different. All I know is the following:

-management's experience

-that they could have walked away from this years ago or even before Tony took over, declared bankruptcy, and ended it but they chose to work to try to turn around the company.

-they could have stopped communicating with shareholders months ago, as most companies in this situation will do, but yet we have people posting they heard back from IR or we see posts on the website on updates.

They are still working behind the scenes, I just posted here that they had one lawsuit from November dismissed with prejudice meaning the plaintiff can't bring that claim against them in the future--that is progress no matter how minor.

I conclude from this that they are still working and will have faith. Now, you might not agree with this but that is the beauty of a forum, we can disagree but opinions are still valid.
