Once again this is my speculation . I believe this is the plan, but I am only looking at time frames and verbiage each company is using. Some of the word choices are the same between the companies. The Keplar launch meets Utopya's time fame. The space theme goes with Keplar's satellites. I'm expecting to be wrong, but man-O-man if I am right.... WOWZERS
