DNYS(PC) has filed with the State of Florida to amend the corporate name to Cyber Kiosk Solutions, Inc. effective January 18, 2013, but will continue to brand its machines under the name Cyber-Thingy. Cyber-Thingy Inc. has combined forces and partnered with Preway, which is owned by W.L. Petrey Wholesale Company, Inc.
Services from Cyber-Thingy™, Empasys™ and Preway will be offered and accessible to consumers inside Cyber-Thingy™'s automated Kiosks. Cyber-Thingy's customers will have the ability to complete convenient transactions on these state of the art Kiosks such as:
1) Purchase or load wireless airtime minutes
2) Bill payment services to over 30,000 vendors
3) Money transfer services both nationally and internationally
4) Application for a prepaid MasterCard debit card
5) Purchase of gift cards through an electronic PIN based software (thousands of retailers available in any dollar increment)
6) Purchase of international calling cards
7) Purchase and activate a new SIM card
8) Print coupons at locations specific to where consumers are shopping
9) Reload prepaid debit cards
10) View local offers (i.e. restaurant specials, tourist attraction tickets, sporting event tickets,shows, movies.

Many more services are currently being developed for the Cyber-Thingy Kiosks. Preway currently services 15,000 locations and through Cyber-Thingy's upgrade to their hardware and existing services, consumer transactions will be handled in a much more unique, efficient manner. Cyber-Thingy's CEO states "Joining forces with Empasys™ and Preway is an excellent opportunity for Cyber-Thingy™ to expand into the Big Box Stores. We expect our Kiosk distribution, specialty services and digital advertising to grow tremendously in 2013 due to these key relationships".
Empasys™ has over a 10 year background in consumer financial services and has assisted Cyber-Thingy™ in joining forces with Preway to bring a new level of convenience to the public. Preway has extensive distribution and sales experience which will prove to be a great value to the Company. Cyber-Thingy has added a digital advertising monitor to each machine which will generate additional revenue for the Company, merchants/store owners, ISO's, and all partners involved.
Cyber-Thingy™ will be split into two operations. One will be for U.S. operations for its partnership with EmpaSys™ and the second operation will be international kiosks, which will be a combination of the EmpaSys™ electronic payment solutions and the gaming software from Cyber-Thingy™. This will help shield the U.S. operations from the negativity surrounding Sweepstakes gaming when negotiating new locations and/or additional services to add to the machines.
The Company will reduce the number of Authorized shares from 120 million to 70 million. The number of outstanding shares shall be reduced to just below 64,539,275 million of which all but 2,946,272 will be restricted. The incoming Board members have also requested that all of the shares owned by the President (50,000,000) have a 2 year restriction on 144 sales or any other type of sale or transfer. The incoming members believe this will attract long term investors as the Company works to move up to the OTCBB and leave the Company with enough shares to use as stock options to hire and retain personnel and future acquisitions.

At age 25, Kelly Myers bought his first New Car Franchise. Kelly was the youngest owner of a Mazda, Suzuki, and Isuzu dealership in the US at the time. Mr. Myers developed and worked hands on for all the software and web based marketing tools for the new generation of the auto industry. Mr. Myers became very proficient in developing new internet software to increase sales by over 200% for his auto dealerships and others. After selling his auto dealerships, Mr. Myers began working on different internet concepts. Through 15 years now of research, study, and testing, Kelly decided the internet space was the direction for his talents. Kelly Myers has developed software for the following 4 industries: Auto, Real Estate , Advertising and Social Media, Internet Sweepstakes. Kelly's software has made a huge impact in the four industries and continues to grow.

Cyber-Thingy™ has executed a distribution agreement with American First Equity, Inc., (a 7.5 year old company in the business of distributing gas, oil, credit card processing services, ATM placement services) to place 1,000 financial kiosks by the end of September 2013. Once a machine is installed and operational for 3 months, Cyber-Thingy™ will receive a monthly revenue share of approximately $1,000 per month per machine. Cyber-Thingy™ shall begin delivering 100 machines per month beginning April 1, 2013 for the first 4 months, then 200 machines for the next 3 months ending in September 2013.

One of the unique opportunities offered by the kiosk is that, the Company's software can be updated remotely. Cyber-Thingy™ will also offer distribution to other online service providers that do not have their services offered at these locations which will enhance the revenue generated per machine. The additions to the website will showcase its different kiosk machines, including an Investor Relations section and detail a list of *residual* products and services offered by the Company in its financial kiosks.
Cyber-Thingy™ distributes Company owned kiosk machines and tablets to earn residual revenues and/or sell kiosk machines to earn up-front and residual revenues. Cyber-Thingy's™ multiple revenue streams are derived transaction and fee based programs running within the kiosks such as; Digital Advertising, Mobile Phone Top-up minutes (reload), Online Bill Pay, Sweepstakes Games, Events-Sports-Movie Tickets, Gift Card Programs, Prepaid Cards, Digital Lottery and New Product Launch (ALL with immediate purchasing options). Each Kiosk machine comes with a cash bill acceptor and a credit card reader for ease of payment. Tablets are connected to existing POS systems. These multi-functional kiosks and tablets not only earn Cyber-Thingy™ residual revenues but create residual revenue opportunities for the multiple companies involved.
