What I did not care for in the last interview was

It is my hope that these new hires will get better results as Q1 with the addition of labs and pesticide accreditation numbers for Q1 were somewhat misleading(up 41%) considering they opened new labs from prior y/y comparisons. We need a break down on sale increases from labs open prior year to gage this internal growth. Honestly though with all fairness the accreditation came end of Nov. 2017 and they only had 5 weeks and with holidays and X-Mas probably did not have the impact many including myself expected..With that said I believe 50% sales increase is an expectation. Also take note that the biggest lab closed down in Oregon nd of Sept. which I thought for sure would have greatly affected sales.
The only negative I see and hope not to be true is these new hires were brought in because we did not get the increasd revenues many longs were expecting and actually lost customers on a per lab basis. Even if that were to be sure these last 3 new hires are seasoned veterans and know how to improve efficiencies. Love this new lady as she will reach out to the right people and get some eyes looking while the other 2 will solely focus on increased revenues. Remember, DIGP is doing more on 1 lab than we are doing on all of ours combined. So obviously we need to figure out out to get more revenues out of what we have to get the traction needed for an improved PPS and better yet financing.
IMO, we are making out the right moves and the proof will certainly come out. I'm a believer things are about to get real!
