Kelt is a moderator, just as five others of us are.
Our job is to maintain order on the board. One of the things we do is delete posts which violate the TOS (terms of service) as we have been specifically instructed OR as we interpret them. There are other causes for deletion as well. All moderators are long although we are happy to allow reasonable questions and speculation and statements of absolute provable fact - short of the soft insinuated and hard (material misstatements of fact) bashing. We pride ourselves on not behaving as certain moderators on the liehub IPIX board do.
If a post is deleted, it is possible for the poster to appeal to IHangout administrators. On rare occasions they overrule the delete decision made by an individual moderator.
We moderators strive to do our jobs fairly, although we do not do deletions by concensus or majority vote, so reasonable people can disagree with individual decisions and trolls can disagree with many decisions.
