Hey BearDP, this is just an opinion. In the 5/01 L

I interpreted that statement as ONCI is still resolving issues and submitting docs to obtain approval, and that the lawyer currently believes that either requirements have finally been met or in the final stages of being met.
Why would Berman have “a long conversation” with his lawyer if there were no issues to be addressed. If ONCI’s part is complete and all we are doing is waiting for FINRA to do their part, then it should have been a short conversation. I’m not concerned but think the holdup is a little more than FINRA being slow.
Eventually On4 will become Hexagon; hopefully very soon. When this happens the share reduction takes place and the audited fins can finally get filed. Until then, Berman and team keep raking in the revenues.
On another note, I’m excited that a decision on MJ will take place later this month. It’s been a long time coming. That could be the catalyst we need at this time. Also, great news about private labels and 3 new versions of bSafeMobile with slight variances. That screams of insurance companies, AAA, cell service providers, etc.
