I did not see in the CC any big deals that would get up to a 30% gain in Q 3. I would have to assume that the big customer they lost sales with in Q1, will year over year have less sales in Q2 and 3 as well. My guess is the lost sales big customer is Zurvita Zeal For Life. It was a very successful multilevel marketing scheme with rice bran, but as with most MLM's, they fizzle out in time.
So, how do they get the new sales? I really doubt the gluten free baker would be that huge, or they would have emphasized it more. And the other new customers did not seem like a big deal either.I have to use the thought that whoever that "single opportunities" is waiting for RBT to get enough supply to get going what ever rice bran will be in? If my guess is right, shipping could begin in August, 3 months from now?
At the year end CC March 15th, they said they have more rice bran lined up at mills in California that they are currently selling, And, they had just moved the HQ from Phoenix to Sacramento less than 1 year ago and they are like frantically moving their HQ to Woodlans TX, northern suburb of Houston to be near the Delta rice, where 70% of all rice is grown. Sounds like they have big one almost lined up in Arkansas. I'm guessing the big customer in the wings needs proof of more bran before a final deal is finalized and announced.
So, double or bran than they are now using for their food division is huge profits for a company that has never made a profit.
