Thanks for the well wishes all- as they say, you can't make this sh*t up- the founder/managing partner is in Japan (7 Bubby's locations there- I don't have a piece of those unfortunately)- he manages to get a required NYC department of health form notarized over there (no small feat)/e-mail back to me, then DOH says "sorry, we need the original"- our General Manager literally broke sown crying in the middle of DOH and they relented, sent an inspector who approved re-opening- only in NY folks! A true Mother's Day miracle!!
