Kay isn't kicking-the CAN,it's US Budget&Regulatio
Post# of 82672
Are we to think that Kay lied /misled, deceive , kicking the can down the road with lies about huge deals that were to happen at the end of last year and revenues in may??
Someone has to be at fault right? NO in this case no one is at fault. IMO
If someone were to blame, it more than likely would be ACS, it was their accounts in question, they no doubt shared their enthusiasm over the government jobs, PCI etc with Kay, after all we are talking about their income here and how it would impact SFOR.
Kay shared the enthusiasm with his projections to us. Then ACS's deals got delayed. No one is at fault. ACS didn't want delays. These are huge deal. Complication due to size and the amount of people involved..
But there was nothing nefarious, THERE WERE NO LIES WHY ? Because we now see them coming on board!!! The same deals Kay mentioned last year are the deals that we see getting signed, are getting implemented, are now in MAY we see they are starting to pay!
From his perspective listening to ACS's enthusiastic prospects, it appeared last year that ACS was going to get huge jobs, PCI, Govt Contracts through McAfee no doubt ACS was enthusiastic sharing their prospects.
Now we know there were legitimate delays with the US budget we know there were delays with PCI making it mandatory to implement security measure. ETC
I am glad Kay shared those expectations, even though there were disappointments
Now we are seeing these deals go through. There are huge large complicated deals that were bid upon. In some cases they pay withing 30 to 60 days. So time is involved.
So enough of the the Kay kicking the can please. Can we give it a rest. I have been reading that from the bashers on ihub. Its not true.
If YOU were ACS wouldn't YOU have been excited about the deals with McAfee and want share them with mother company? Talking about what is needed to complete the deals , what help may be needed etc. Can you blame Kay for wanting to share the news with shareholders. at the time these expectation were discussed , there was no expectation of budgets or delays in implementing PCI etc.
Look at the last 2 years kay and co have accomplished amazing things since the microsoft settlement
If Kronstat would have followed the law and guidelines re SFORS patent we wouldn't be talking about Kay and cans, we would be talking about how great Kay is as we would be at .25 to .50 PPS after settlements and new law suits. IMO
