We are all in the same boat so why beat each other over the head. Now we know why we haven't gotten a company update in the last 365 days. The report would have been a long list of all the things that have gone wrong over the last year. I'm sure that management didn't want this to happen because they have a lot more to lose than we do. Remember, they haven't sold any stock for a long time so they had no financial gains for making the company a success other than the value of the stock that they hold. I bet they haven't even collected a salary for a long time. Even after Baltia goes to the grey sheets our management will continue looking for a solution to the main problem of securing capital, which is the only hope we have to survive. This, and resolving dept issues with the engine lease company so that the financials can finally be completed and released. The engine lease company certainly doesn't want Baltia to claim bankruptcy because that will insure that they will never get a dime. Some sort of resolution between them and Baltia will eventually happen . Getting off the greys will be a long and very difficult task but management has everything to gain and nothing to lose making this happen. Our present worthless stock still has a chance to one day become a profitable investment but it could take a long time and hard work by management. The only thing we can do is have patience and hope that the tide changes in Baltia's (US Global's) direction. (Prayer will also help.)
Let's give management the moral support they need to make this happen. They are our only hope for us to regain our loses and become holders of shares in a new and respected airline.
