I still have not received a response from IR.... I take it at this point they are just not going to respond. I sent some very simple and polite questions that did not require much effort to answer. I NEVER email IR because I always feel they are being bombarded with angry shareholders and bashers. After this period of silence, I felt absolutely compelled to try and get some answers for myself and nothing...

It is ridiculous we have not heard anything to this point. The only acceptable answer for me at this point would be some sort of NDA but I find that unlikely. We already knew everything there was to know about closing funding and getting rid of these lawsuits, so what part would be covered under an NDA? We were told everything down to Mr. Big Man saying "All I need to do is sign the check"

I hear lots of big shots talking about signing checks, its usually all talk... I want someone who cashes them.
