After SecureAuth's submittal of their brief in the appeals case brought by StrikeForce, StrikeForce asked for and was granted two additional weeks to answer all assertions made by SA's law firm's response brief. By doing this, StrikeForce has given the panel of Judges in this case an additional two weeks of time to review SA's brief and compare it to Ropes and Gray's appeal brief.
So one could say, that this will give the panel of judges plenty of time to digest both of these briefs before Ropes and Gray's rebuttal is submitted. This rebuttal to the assertions made in their (SA's) brief, will destroy SA's brief making it possible for the judges to rule knowing that their assertions are unfounded. Please take the time needed to read both of the submitted briefs so that you are an informed investor, investors need to know.
