Wow, I am a software engineer and it would take orders of magnitude more than 1000 lines of code to create notifiCRM, etc. That is so ridiculous, unfortunately people who don't know anything about software believed that. It is also extremely dishonest for someone to post such a thing, assuming they know anything about software in the first place! Unbelievable. However, I have seen this kind of thing happen before in other OTC stocks, someone starts a completely unfounded rumor and it creates a panic sell, and of course the person who started the rumor either has shorted the stock, or is looking to buy in at a low price.
Indeed as far as websites go, there's all kinds of ways to get one up and running, but no way would a complicated one take a year, let alone 9 years!
Well, you are right that starting unfounded rumors like that to take advantage of the change in price caused by them is a BIG no no. Indeed, it is unethical, immoral, and should be illegal. Probably the SEC would have a case to pursue if they ever identified someone who did that.
