embeds can't have it both ways .. CTIX was either illegally manipulated in 2014
(reset flip from PRO to CON in 2015) .. or it's illegally manipulated *now*
which is why it always worth asking oneself the question
is the company's platform stronger today than it was in 2014? or 2015?
the key below isn't the *PPS* .. which is the obvious .. rather the *volume* avgs which aren't and NRs' *liquidity* (i.e. *trading range*) .. very much *evident* *imo* in the front half of 2015 .. far less so by the EO 2015 which is *remarkably similar today .. even with *access* to IPIX shares ..
