My other questions:
1. One of NTEK's shareholder letters states that a Nevada Filing was completed and submitted to reduce the A/S share count by the end of last quarter. It still shows 499M shares. Is this what it was supposed to be reduced to because I thought it was supposed to be reduced to 249M shares. Why hasn't it been reduced to 249M shares if that the correct number?

2. One of NTEK's shareholder letters states an open house will be conducted by end of summer for your new corporate facilities. Is this still on track for Aug/Sept timeframe? Will it house all of NTEK's operations (ie 4K Studios, etc)?
Our plan is to hold an open house at the end of the summer for NTEK’s corporate office. 4K Studios and UltraFlix are separate locations.
3. Is there a plan to conduct a quarterly conference call end of June?
Calls every quarter
4. Are you still trying to hire a receptionist? Your website still shows a need for one.
Yes still open position.
