well welcome to you and all the other new posters to the IPIX board here on ihang ..

bottom line is this .. *imo*

NR never covers one second b4 being forced to .. because almost always
NR can outlast mgmt and unsophisticated retail investors and *do* as you've
noted .. death by 1000 cuts .. which is both exhausting and demoralizing to retail

Innovation has almost no institutional investors .. but imo what Innovation
has which most OTC targets don't have .. is an aware and savvy mgmt team
in regards to the manipulation that was done against the company as noted
by the *aggressive* response out of mgmt years back .. this to me is the most
important aspect .. second only to Innovation's platform .. and why i not only remain invested .. but keep providing (albeit minimal to some i know) bid support on a regular basis .. i add *shares* almost every week now .. and even knowing
what is being done and how it's being done .. my CB (cost basis) is in the RED

you may remember the very lengthy time IPIX spent around 70c .. this matters
because as i've posted in this venue months ago .. the way NR works those cycles
is to try and get to the next level down (35c) .. but it takes its toll on what NR actually has to report on a *regular* basis .. whose visual tells one side of NRs' story .. rather *clearly* ( plus 30% )

this is why one tracks daily volume (which is made of up trades) .. notes who is showing on RT l2 (and who isn't) .. notes who factually reports to Finra for the
MM Monthly (because only those who do actual *activity* report to Finra and reveal in total *decoys r us* which is the majority of MMs' *showing*) .. what the *legal* short reveals .. which as i noted yesterday .. is telling in what hasn't been *covered* since 2.15.18 .. ( 1.1M when i posted IPIX was just shy of 70c).. it all adds to the package of data retail can utilize to their advantage ..

i've long since learned this pattern .. and while some may wish to believe it is unique to IPIX .. it isn't .. what is unique imo (along with a few other *targets*)
is the declining volume and rising %s .. which indicate NR has *significant* problems of their own making

Quote:
so in a nutshell .. from *reporting* on 2.15.18 .. pre 2.22.18's *52 week low reset* for the first time since 5.10.17 to today's *data* .. NR has managed to lower a *reported* legal short of 1147767 to 1113653 .. a difference of 34,114 *shares*

so the way this will usually go *if* (and again please realize what NR is up against is not only a savvy mgmt team imo .. but a time line NR doesn't control per se) .. the usual patterns in play get played out .. is all will get to *watch* NRs' resets
done in price point i noted last week .. imo 30c to 39c .. b4 the next round gets underway .. if you were watching last week ... resets went off @ approx 425c
earlier this week on *volume* .. resets went off @ 38c .. last 2 days .. mostly 35c to 36c .. the next effort *if able* is imo 325c .. 30c .. this could be tomorrow .. it could be next week .. or it may never happen because mgmt's execution can always trump NR

again i come to back to why this is being done .. NR desperately needs shares and they don't care how they get them because what NR has done because of years of efforts coming home to roost .. is having almost all the liquidity usually able to be provided .. squeezed out of IPIX since last year

usually retail will sell for 2 reasons .. stock gets taken up high enough or stock gets taken low enough .. this is why it also matters when NR last *ran* IPIX UP
those take ups have happened with less and less frequency for the last year +
but all can *see* that each round of what i refer to as controlled take ups .. come
with less volume and almost always at a lower price point than done previously

one of the reasons i've pointed out 25c .. is there are some firms that will not allow buys when an stock (regardless of where traded) falls below 25c .. (only sells)
which makes the uneven playing field against retail by non retail .. accelerate

hope this helps .. it's actually not difficult to comprehend .. but it is time consuming to learn a different way of *seeing* aspects pertaining to OTC targets

i always come back to those who've been invested for years .. is the company's platform better today than it was in late 2014? .. 2015? .. 2016? and 2017?

if the answer is yes ... then ask yourself was the stock illegally manipulated
then or now?

NRs' playbook is very clear as to MO .. that is exactly what happened *imo* of the *significant* take UP of CTIX (IPIX) @ the EO 2014 .. and why the *efforts* came into play back in 2015 ..

it's also why i posted out the *volume* avgs from 2015 .. a few weeks ago ..
i'll try to edit in for any new eyes ..

glty with your trades/investments

edit ..

4kids, new here and have just been reading posts, but I wonder when you say we could have another reset to .25, I’m thinking that the results from Prurisol would short circuit that if we get the results out within the next week or two. I’m more of a short term trader and this death of a thousand cuts is killing all of us. I try not to get married to a stock but IPIX’s story is just too compelling. I’m sure many are under water with IPIX stock and many are probably worse off than myself, but I’ve lost well over 50% on my investment so far. Do you have a time frame on the .25 reset? Also to those who understand the results we got yesterday, I’m a little confused on the, in my thinking, good results for some of the placebo results. I see that Brilacidin delays, shortens and/ or prevents OM and can’t understand why the stock hasn’t at least taken the results and partnership with Evonik as a major, major plus. From previous posts I understand we are under a short attack but why isn’t the general public buying with this kind of great news out there? It seems IPIX IR isn’t reaching the general public so that we could overcome the shorters. I hate reading great releases only to watch as we go down in share price. I’m sure I don’t have to tell anyone how frustrating this is. GLTA
