Bashers ignore that 23 March date. They hope potential investors are completely unaware of its' impact on the vendors'/suppliers' billing cycle. They blow the tin horn of "No Federal money!" They know full well of the delay in payments to suppliers from Federal vendors like our ACS because of "the friggin swamp and personal agendas" in DC.
