Very true. Most likely they had a technical error that blindsided them and they didn't get the chance to post a heads up for scheduled maintenance. Once running with the big dogs, they'll be able to do that with minimal if any interruptions at all, and if so during non peak sales hrs.
I would also expect to see them continue to enhance the user interface so that customers will have an increasingly pleasant eye catching user friendly experience. Like we all know, being on EBay and Amazon is huge for sales, so it's not like all eggs are in one basket anyhow.
That's why I had mentioned hemplifetoday.com and the CannazALL products in a previous post. Not to promote the competition, but as a comparison. I began buying from them when their site was young and "glitchy", and little by little they ironed out the kinks and made it much better. They don't have the grand slam family of products RMHB has though, just CBD products.
I think RMHB is going to surprise a lot of people due to the winning combination of what's already in their pipeline, what's yet to enter it, and the experience, knowledge and driven determination of the management team. The little pains and doubts many are feeling now will soon be a thing of the past.
