AS "Latvijas balzams" concludes a transaction with AS "Luminor bank" for the provision of collateral
The Board of AS "Latvijas balzams" informs about transaction concluded with AS "Luminor banka" regarding the provision of collateral to Amber Beverage Group Holding S.àr.l. in the commitment of EUR 3,600,000 within the process of acquisition of Australian company Think Spirits Pty.
According to Company’s opinion, the Australian market is one of the most perspective new markets, therefore the Company is keen to have a cooperation with strong distribution company operating in Australia, thus enabling synergies to promote sales of the Company's products in Australia and generating additional revenue for the Company.
