any other OTC with NR firmly embedded in their cycles of money would have taken PTOI *UP* after CEO's Multiple Millions were infused on 9.30.13 .. instead
PTOI was compressed from 35c to 10c in 3 months
that is a classic NR UPSIDE DOWN cycle in play
