I don't believe RC and his group are behind this project, we have been told all the time that it is a southern location within the US.
I doubt that RC and his group are planning to spend $33 mil. PTOI has to deliver 2 fully assembled working processors for $4 mil. I doubt the building and the rest cost $29 mill to build.
It would be fantastic if PTOI were the ones to deliver to Amsterdam, I just don't deem it very likely, it could just as well be Cynar from the UK behind this, as they are producing clean diesel as well.
