Why would tpac only get a percentage from the ICO? They get 100% and Bill has stated the percentage allotted towards his buyback and project expansion.
i don't think you understand how the market works.... or publicly traded companies..... or funding..... or banking.
if the ICO funds tomorrow, the stock price will not be $1 tomorrow. the stock is only worth what it is bought for on the open market. assuming the price jumps, TPAC has restrictions on how many shares they can buy and at what price on any given day.
