You are not quite accurate on your assessment but I do agree not nearly enough were prosecuted for their crimes. That being said that was then and this is now. I don't think are going to allow a repeat performance and I know for a fact that some IPIX investors are committed to seeing that justice is served. Go IPIX!!!
