Offsetting any disappointment regarding the upcoming 1Q18 report, and delay of strong revenue until the 2nd/3rd Qtr is the good news that our appeal on the SA ruling looks to be a shoo-in, especially after reading their response to our appeal brief! LOL! It leads to the perception that we will see a quick response favoring SFOR, leading to SA's surrender/settlement, and quick resumption/settlement of the remaining lawsuits. So as we continue to wait for confirmation/validation of huge contracts & resulting revenues, we will be consoled with million$ from the forthcoming settlements from the pending lawsuits. That will be topped off with the naming of a new group of infringers/lawsuits which should settle much quicker/easier than the current group, as a result of precedence established, and SCOTUS's recent rulings, along with the rulings which also went against the Alice35/101 issue.
So as we deal with an otherwise down day (although we are always open to the idea of a late afternoon rally into the close!), we need to reflect on all that is in place which will continue to strengthen SFOR's place in cyber security, and their overall financial stability/growth as this year continues to play out! Lots to be aware of, as well as appreciative and enthusiastic about.
WE KNOW WHAT WE HOLD & MUST CONTINIUE TO RECOGNIZE & REMAIN AWARE OF SFOR'S POTENTIAL/ABILITY TO DELIVER LIFE CHANGING REWARDS TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS!!!
