crew would like to imply that an NT will be filed .. imo that remains 50/50
i would not rule out the former CFO having a hand in the next Q being filed
just as i've always noted (and had confirmed) via the K filed last month
the *aid* of the founder re: P2O
that said .. i never rely on SMBs for my DD .. i confirmed founder's retention of 3M~ PTOI shares back in summer of 2016 .. because i totally understand the subtle and not so subtle efforts of crews when their target is UPSIDE DOWN
