I had to when I realized his contradiction. Saying he was putting himself before shareholders by converting to common. LOL it actually means just the opposite. Sure he can sell a bit easier potentially in 6 months but he could also just dilute too so he choose an option that is best for common shareholders. Sorry not telling you anything I know but his ignorance is astounding.
