The company also issued warrants at a price of .22 as an insurance policy against shorting the stock. Looks like one of the better convertible note I have ever seen and makes me think the foreign investor may have a knowledge of the company...say, Yitzhak Tshuva . Also is the dividend figured on 5% anum? that would be a 50,000 dividend every quarter.
