"1 billion for Reconstruction", 70% of investments in the north

TIRANA, May 8 / ATSH / - From the "1 billion for Reconstruction" program, four important projects in road infrastructure will be built within this mandate.
Prime Minister Edi Rama said on Tuesday during the Lecce Accountability tour meeting, three of these four projects; the "Thumanë-Kashar", "Milot-Balldre" and "Arber Street" roads are projects that cross North Albania. While the only project that belongs to the South part of the country from this program is the road "Vlorë-LLogara".
"75% of the total costs of this program go from high Albania", - said Rama.
Regarding the part of infrastructure development, the prime minister said there would be two elements.
"National road will be built with standards," he said, adding that these roads we now have are trails.
The "1 billion for Reconstruction" program will have a strong economic impact on employment growth and the national economy, as there are other projects such as By-pass Fier-Vlorë, Cardiff-Delvine and by-pass of Tepelena and construction on the Tirana-Durres axis of the Kashar-Rrogozhinë road that will significantly shorten the distance between the cities and will bring a new contemporary reality to the infrastructure of the country, said the prime minister. /e.xh/
