This could also be a way for CEO to take leverage away from the defendants as far as keeping share price under .01. He could be figuring once the defendants lose control of the market, they will be more eager to settle out of court and CEO will not wait until next year for a possible Verdict By Trial unless he has regains control over the currently controlled market by the defendants.
