They are restricted shares, so I don't understand how anyone could think there is a selling scenario based on today's filing. The most obvious reason for today's filing would be in order to protect ownership. This was not done on a whim or under an arbitrary deadline. Today's filing goes right in line with all of the recent developments/deals that I have been posting about since the 10k. It's MnA time...
