WOW Ignorance and bigotry on full display by an American.
WOW Ignorance and bigotry on full display by an American. I voted Republican in 2008 AND 2012 and did not like Obama much at all. However, to say that his term(s) were marked by scandals is just not true. And, not even close. His terms were downright boring compared to the 2017-2018 (bad) experience of this administration's scandal du jour exploits. Damn, is there a worse example than Mr Pruit who is spending your money while ruining your families' atmosphere.
Lose your hatred and you will see things a little clearer. Obama improved the USA and the World during his time in office. Do you forget what he inherited in 2009? He led a team by listening to his team about doing what was necessary to bring us out of an economic death spiral. We had double digit unemployment. We had middle america losing their jobs at an alarming rate. We had people losing their homes. We had people losing 30% - 50% of their life savings. And, we were at war on many fronts and being attacked on many fronts.
He helped lead the economy back to solvency (remember the talk of default). He addressed medical benefits for all. Obamacare was not perfect, but, it was a start. Why don't all Americans have health insurance/benefits? He made progress in the conflicts he inherited. The trade deals were an effort...maybe not perfect, but, our people have jobs and we are not starving. The Iran deal was signed by our important allies and there were checks and balances that were effective. Our generals supported the effort. Again, not perfect but a good start that probably needed some tweaks.
While our President fought for America, there was a billionaire racist person who made a fortune after 4 bankruptcies cost several Americans their jobs and their companies. He made money in Atlantic City by stiffing small business owners who had helped build his casinos. SAD and shameful. He couldn't accept that this black dude was accepted into and graduated from the finest schools in the world and was now President.
Our current President has been a success in business. Not perfect. He has not even been mediocre as the President. Why is he so insecure that he makes statements - and, probably believes - that he is the smartest and best and the worlds most foremost authority on everything? Why is he that insecure? Why does he feel like he has to undo everything that Obama did in his 8 years in office? Is Trump still that intimidated by Obama even after Mr Obama left office?
Why does he insist that he knows more and is better than all of the generals and doctors and Congress and the Senate and all CEOs and all world leaders and former USA leaders. Obviously, he is not. Only he knows why he can't admit it. Only you know why you can't.
Are you that bigoted and angry and/or ashamed that WE had an African American President that you can't give the country and the rest of our leaders credit for bringing America back. America has always been great.
Ask yourself what the Trump Administration has done to make America and the World better. Be honest!
