As many have figured, it absolutely has everything to do with recent developments. CEO absolutely has done this in favor of current shareholders. Why should current shareholders who have been waiting patiently have to feed new investors? Who is going to want to give up significant volume of share position to new interested investors? If I were CEO and I didn’t want my shareholders to be burdened, I would convert my shares and sell them continuously. Does CEO know of any major buyin ready investors? It is very likely, in fact likely enough I believe this is specifically why CEO converted. Anyone see any specific reason to believe otherwise?
