COR respectfully requests the Court reverse judgment on COR’s claim for
liability for conversion and remand for a damages hearing. COR requests the Court vacate entry of judgment in favor of the Brokerage Defendants on COR’s claim of unjust enrichment and remand for further proceedings. Last, COR requests the Court vacate judgment in favor of SST on COR’s claim for fraud and remand it for further proceedings.
As COR noted in its opening brief, it has also attempted to recover the funds from the sellers of the newly-issued shares, Nobilis and Beaufort, with mixed results. Any concerns about double recovery may be addressed at the
damages hearing.
