of course they have to .. today NR couldn't scrounge enough *volume* to even do 10/90 day avg *maintenance* .. what i reference as volume follow thru .. which is why we saw rolling resets UP in the front half of today .. so they could be *reset and marked* on the way back DOWN in the latter half the trading today (change out for that signal kicked in just after 1PM) .. NR couldn't even allow IPIX to close *even* @ 38c (ask UC 8 minutes b4 COM) ... instead DECOY MM LAFC UC with an *ELASTIC* ask (2500) @ 375 .. parked there to ensure a close down .. this is again classic Market Manipulation by those who *do* ..

so it comes as no surprise to see % marked @ just below 60% .. i'd actually noted that possibility in a PM to another investor .. NR has squat .. NR keeps digging their hole ever deeper .. and *volume* remains an issue NR *cant* overcome even with all those decoys' utilized today ..
