"Exactly - several whales secured the majority of .0003s and .0004s to stop low level flippers getting any significant amount of them. They also stopped amateurs using ridiculous paint downs and manipulation attempts from getting .0002s.
That is why the ask at .0005 was only 51M - 8% of the inventory loaded at .0004 since the last run (worst case - less if any impatient people sold for a loss at .0003 at end-2017 or since).
Sitting on a large inventory of shares to get 100% > 1000% in due course is no problem to those who operate multiple $5-figure or $6-figure accounts. I do it all the time on multiple picks and normally have 2 to 5 on average paying every day.
$DIGX was the biggest earner in 2017 of all my picks for those that were patient and traded it correctly on multiple runs and the second highest earner overall in the last 4 years.
Accurate analysis, observation and record keeping by savvy traders will always beat the mathematically challenged.
