The price is down because the MM's probably know how many weeks are left before the Ticker change so they keep unlawfully naked shorting the stock. There is no way that many shares could be sold I'm sorry. I have seen millions upon millions of shares on the ask just in the last month and I have seen many of them sold below the ask. The only thing I can think is that they are just selling them back and forth dropping the price to cover each other. While all along making plenty of money. I don't know why ANDI has not complained to the SEC about it. Or B shares are getting sold and we are paying the price. Nothing we can do about it but hope that we have a lot of big contracts already lined up for announcement when Ticker change comes.
