$IFUS share structure is 350 Mil AS, unchanged since Dec 2010
OS is reported as 288 Mil
Nearly 1/3 of of the OS has been bought up in recent weeks.
The real float is about 135 mil shares
And one side of the battle for control owns about 2/3 of those imho.
A stockholders meeting/vote will come this year to battle/vote for control and one side needs to own most of the retail voting shares, tradeable shares to get or keep control, so I expect this stock to go nuts and hit a dime.
