The Process
To change the domicile a company must first be in good standing with the original state of registration. If the company is not in good standing you need to first bring it to good standing by completing the necessary filings and paying all the fees and fines that have accumulated, or go through the process of reinstatement if it was administratively dissolved.

Name change will not occur until Delaware is in good standing. How does past debts and Lam's final 300 million shares (maturing July 14-18) effect the whole process? Those are the unknowns for me. In the meantime I am adding on the dip's and hopefully name change is not months away.
I thought this Delaware crap was resolved already a long time ago. Guess not.
