$GGII is like playing the daily number in a kind of sort of way.
Somebody a year ago went through a lot of time and no doubt expense to tangle with the DTC (Depository Trust Company) to get the trading chill lifted. So as a lottery ticket play the odds of $GGII going back into action are very good because people just don't do things like that for no reason.
Now onto the daily number.
If you buy the 3-digit daily number every day for .50 cents and play the numbers straight and never miss a day the odds of you winning are 1 in 500.
$GGII is sort of like the daily number... we know there has been an effort to get the shell back into play but we don't know just when they are going to do it. Buying a $GGII ticket is better than the daily number because you only have to buy a ticket one time. The bad part is that you will have to wait.
Yes, it still is a lottery play but one with IMO better odds and a fixed cost.
