i should add after having some PM chats with folks .. that it is crystal clear LT investors continue to provide speed bumps via bids @ bid .. and that while I have no doubts Aspire gets tapped .. those sells in and of themselves aren't
enough in total .. for imo the *hole* in play by NR since their last *significant* take up on IPIX (CTIX) in late 2014. This is why the *events* of 2015 came to pass .. this is playbook MO by NR .. but even beyond that this pattern isn't unique to IPIX .. but i will reiterate .. most OTC targets don't survive because NR can almost always outlast both retail investors and clueless mgmt teams
btw imo NR is on their knees thanking the heavens they have *access* to those shares .. because otherwise imo the *hole* they've dug for themselves would be far higher than it currently is ..
remember it took them 2 years to get the *legal* reported (snicker) short back to 850k .. from approx 1.2M to 1.3M .. which then ran right back up last year after June's Upside Surprise out of mgmt
this next round comes out AH's tomorrow .. it will be interesting to see if *held* .. relo/s upward % wise .. or relo/s down % wise
what i find so interesting is the attempted normalization of abnormal behavior
which is why i always come back to what was done and when it was done
NR had a rocket go off on 4.9.18 .. not just because of the 8k'd PR out of Innovation .. but also due to the *volume* avgs falling off a cliff on IPIX
NR is literally between a rock and a hard place now .. and make no mistake
this pattern isn't new .. and their goal remains to part actual shares out of those who hold them ..
retail usually only sells for two reasons .. stock is taken higher .. or stock is relentlessly compressed until losses on paper consume emotions

I also can't believe someone who took a chance on IPIX in a large way (as to number of shares owned) would sell now at a time so close to possible Prurisol data and even more compelling deal announcement(s).
I believe 4kids knows of which she speaks and if she is saying the shorts are in a hurt locker and are doing a large volume of wash trades, then I believe her.
